Kelly George is a Registered Cosmetic Nurse and the Founder of Kelly George Aesthetics, with a career in medical aesthetics that began in 2006. Starting her journey with Allergan Australia, Kelly has since built multiple successful businesses spanning clinical practice, skincare innovation, education, and business mentoring.
She is widely recognised for her commitment to natural-looking results, patient education, and high clinical standards. Kelly is the founder of KGA Body, Australia’s first active skincare range designed specifically for the body, and the creator of Skin & Sass, a podcast focused on providing clear, honest information about skin and aesthetic treatments.
In addition to her clinical work, Kelly runs a respected coaching and mentoring business, supporting clinic owners to build sustainable, ethical, and successful aesthetic practices.
Dr Andrew Freeman is a specialist Dermatologist with advanced expertise in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, a highly specialised technique recognised for its precision and superior cure rates in skin cancer treatment. He was the first dermatologist based on the Gold Coast to perform Mohs surgery, significantly advancing access to this procedure in the region.
In addition to skin cancer management, Dr Freeman has a strong clinical interest in acne, hair disorders, full-face rejuvenation, and laser-based treatments. His practice reflects a comprehensive approach to dermatology, integrating medical, surgical, and aesthetic care.
Dr Freeman works as a visiting dermatologist at Pindara Private Hospital, Pacific Private Hospital, and Gold Coast University Hospital, and is actively involved in clinical trials aimed at advancing dermatological treatment options.
Dr Mira Kaga is a board-certified physician with dual expertise in internal medicine and aesthetic medicine, combining deep medical training with advanced aesthetic techniques to deliver natural, patient-centred results. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and completed her internal medicine internship at Georgetown University Hospital, followed by residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York.

Her practice blends medical rigour with aesthetic artistry, focusing on outcomes that prioritise safety, patient satisfaction and subtle, refined results.
Dr Peter Ch’ng is a Consultant Dermatologist based in Kuala Lumpur, practising at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur and Peter Ch’ng Clinic in Desa ParkCity. He is widely recognised across the Asia–Pacific region for his leadership in cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine, combining clinical practice with education, governance, and academic contribution.
Dr Ch’ng currently serves as Chairperson of the Cosmetic Dermatology & Laser Medicine Board of Malaysia and Vice President of the Dermatological Society of Malaysia. He is also President-Elect of the Cyber Conference of Aesthetic Dermatology and Skin Surgery in APAC, and a member of the Main Credentialing and Privileging Committee of Aesthetic Medical Practice. His involvement extends internationally through his role with the Cochrane Skin Group.
An experienced speaker and educator, Dr Ch’ng has delivered numerous lectures and workshops, contributed to dermatology journals, and co-authored a chapter on fractional lasers and procedures for Lasers in Dermatology 2025, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing evidence-based laser practice.
Dr Clair McCartney is a specialist General Practitioner (FRACGP) with more than 12 years’ experience in aesthetic and laser medicine. Trained at the University of Tasmania, she has practised across Tasmania and Queensland, bringing a practical, patient-centred approach to aesthetic care grounded in medical integrity and everyday clinical practice.
Dr McCartney is known for her thorough assessment process, careful patient selection, and ability to develop individualised treatment plans that balance patient goals with realistic, evidence-based outcomes. She places a strong emphasis on safety, education, and clear communication, particularly when managing vascular and pigment concerns in a general practice aesthetic setting.
Her work reflects a commitment to achieving natural results while supporting patients through informed decision-making and long-term treatment planning.
Dr Shobhan Manoharan is an Australian dermatologist and laser specialist and Medical Director of Dermatology Clinics Australia, one of the country’s largest laser and energy-based dermatology groups. His clinical work spans medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology, with a particular academic focus on laser physics, device-based rejuvenation, and evidence-based procedural outcomes.
He is the founder of DermEd, a dedicated laser and energy-based device education organisation delivering structured training for dermatologists, doctors, nurses and therapists both locally and internationally. Dr Manoharan regularly lectures globally on laser safety, treatment optimisation, and clinical integration of emerging technologies. His professional interests centre on translating robust scientific principles into reproducible, safe, and high-quality outcomes within real-world practice. He collaborates with industry partners to advance education and clinical standards.
Dr Mark Chernoff is a highly skilled Rural Generalist GP with a diverse clinical background spanning emergency medicine, general surgery, and skin cancer management. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology before graduating in Medicine from the University of Melbourne in 2010. His early postgraduate training at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, focused on general and plastic surgery, forming a strong procedural foundation.
Dr Chernoff later broadened his scope of practice through extensive experience in rural emergency medicine across New South Wales, achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (Rural). He currently works as a Visiting Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine and as a GP Surgeon in Singleton, NSW.
With significant expertise in skin cancer medicine, Dr Chernoff performs more than 500 surgical skin procedures annually. He is also actively involved in medical education and governance, serving as an RACGP mentor, Rural Doctors’ Network supervisor, and AGPAL practice accreditation surveyor.
Dr AJ Seine is a specialist Dermatologist with advanced training across Australasia, with a particular focus on laser-based dermatology, skin cancer management, and reconstructive procedures. He completed his dermatology training in New Zealand before finalising it in Brisbane, Australia, developing a strong interest in the dermatological and cosmetic applications of laser technologies. In 2021, Dr Seine completed a dedicated dermatology laser fellowship, further strengthening his expertise in energy-based treatments.
Dr Seine has also undertaken comprehensive training in Mohs micrographic surgery under the mentorship of internationally recognised leaders in the field, Drs Salmon and Mortimer, gaining specialist skills in skin cancer surgery and cutaneous oncology. He holds memberships with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the New Zealand Dermatology Society.
Alongside private practice, Dr Seine contributes to public dermatology services at Rotorua Hospital, reflecting his ongoing commitment to accessible, high-quality dermatological care.
Grania is a highly qualified registered nurse with a specific interest in cosmetic nursing and has over 20 years’ experience in the aesthetic industry, initially as a trainer and educator for medical grade lasers and dermal filler, pioneering the use of both in aesthetics in Ireland over 20 years ago.
She moved to the beautiful Central Coast of Australia in 2007 and worked with renowned Plastic Surgeons and Cosmetic Physicians on the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney as a medicosmetic nurse.
She founded and opened Laserclear Cosmetic Clinic in East Gosford in July 2016 and as the name suggests the clinic specialises in laser treatments, both ablative & non ablative.
Holly Crisp is the Founder and Clinical Director of Silk Space Clinic in New Zealand, where she leads a highly regarded team specialising in advanced skin, laser, and aesthetic treatments. With a strong clinical background and a passion for evidence-based care, Holly is known for her thoughtful approach to skin health, combining technology with personalised treatment planning. She has built Silk Space into a trusted destination for results-driven aesthetic care, with a focus on education, safety, and long-term skin outcomes. Holly is deeply committed to empowering patients and practitioners alike through innovation, integrity, and clinical excellence.
Olivia is a Registered Nurse and Director of ANO, with a clinical background grounded in anaesthetics and perioperative care. After completing her Bachelor of Nursing at La Trobe University in 2013, she worked within theatre environments, developing a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and clinical discipline. Her interest in aesthetic medicine evolved through hands-on experience alongside leading Australian plastic surgeons, where she refined her understanding of facial anatomy, treatment planning, and patient outcomes.
Mentored by respected practitioners in cosmetic medicine, Olivia is known for her ability to balance technical skill with a thoughtful, patient-first approach. She has treated a diverse client base of more than 3,500 individuals, with a clear focus on achieving natural, refreshed results while maintaining realistic expectations.
Since founding ANO in 2020, Olivia has grown a dedicated clinical team built on high standards of care, safety, and professionalism, with patient wellbeing at the centre of every decision.
Amy is a highly trained Dermal Clinician with a strong academic and clinical background in advanced skin therapies and aesthetic treatments. Holding an Associate Degree in Applied Health Sciences (Dermal Therapies) and a Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) from the Australian Dermal Science Institute, she brings a structured, evidence-based approach to skin health and rejuvenation.
With more than four years’ experience, Amy has developed particular expertise in managing complex skin conditions and delivering advanced dermal treatments. She works closely alongside Registered Nurses to support comprehensive, integrated treatment plans tailored to individual skin concerns and long-term outcomes.
