Promotional Period

Entry into the Promotion commences at: 9.00am AEDT Thursday 10 April 2025

Entry into the Promotion closes at: 10.00am AEDT Monday 19 May 2025

NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS, ACT, TAS, SA, WA and NT

Age Restrictions

Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age and over.

Maximum number of entries

Each Entrant may submit one entry per activity and may only win one (1) prize.

Agreement to These Terms/Promoter’s Decisions

By entering the Promotion, you agree to abide by the Promoter’s terms set forth herein and the Promoter’s decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Promoter’s sole discretion. By entering this Promotion, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on eligibility requirements explained herein. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Promoter as final and binding as it relates to this Promotion and any Winners/Prizes.

Entry Method

To enter the Promotion, you must (1) subscribe to all Cutera emails before the CUCF 2025 event, (2) follow Cutera ANZ on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube before the CUCF 2025 event, and then (3) complete any or all of the six (6) “Pre-CUCF Activities” listed below before the CUCF 2025 event begins and (4) complete any or all of the three (3) “On-Site CUCF Activities” listed below while at the CUCF 2025 event (2-4 MAY, 2025).

Pre-CUCF Activities (You must complete at least one of the following activities and the mandatory ‘xeo+ pitch’ video submission before the CUCF 2025 event begins.)

Post your picture showing ‘I’m Attending CUCF!’
- Create a post (not a story) showing that you are attending the CUCF 2025 event and share it on Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
- Tag @CUCF.ANZ + @CUTERA.ANZ and use #CUCF2025WinXEO+.
Showcase Your Results or Passion for Cutera!
- Option 1: Submit a post (not a story) showing before-and-after image from any Cutera device.
- Option 2: Post a video explaining why you love working with Cutera.
- Tag @CUCF.ANZ + @CUTERA.ANZ and use #CUCF2025WinXEO+.
Leave a Google Review!
- Share your experience with Cutera on Google Reviews.
Create a Reel or TikTok
- Create a Reel/TikTok (15-30 sec) featuring one of the following:
  - Your favorite Cutera treatment/device
  - A testimonial from your patients or team
  - A behind-the-scenes look at why Cutera is your go-to technology

Refer a Friend to Cutera
- Do you know a clinic that would benefit from having a Cutera device in their clinic?

‘xeo+ Pitch’ Video Submission
- Record a 30-second pitch on why xeo+ would benefit your clinic.
- Email your video to aumarketing@cutera.com

On-Site CUCF Activities (must complete at least one of the following activities while at the CUCF event)

Snap & Share: The Cutera Challenge
- Take a selfie or video at the Cutera booth.
- Post it (not a story) on Instagram/LinkedIn and tag @CUCF.ANZ + @CUTERA.ANZ and use #CUCF2025WinXEO+.
Meet & Greet: Industry Icons
- Take a photo with one of the CUCF speakers or Cutera reps at the conference.
- Post it (not a story) online and Tag @CUCF.ANZ + @CUTERA.ANZ and use #CUCF2025WinXEO+.
Take a photo with the XEO+ device or Media Wall
- Get hands-on with XEO+ and post about your experience OR
- Share what excites you most about XEO+ in a video.

Any other entry method will be deemed as invalid.

Entry Restrictions

Only Australian or New Zealand residents who are over 18 years of age, and registered aesthetic clinics in Australia and New Zealand, are eligible to participate in the Promotion. Also, you must attend the CUCF 2025 event to be eligible to participate and be present in the ballroom at the time of the announcement to be eligible to win a prize (see “Notification of Winners” below for announcement details).

The Judging

All valid entries will be reviewed and the entries that best showcase and celebrate the launch of xeo+ will be selected as the winners by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 12pm AEDT Sunday 04 May 2025 at The Sofitel Sydney, Darling Harbour.

Prizes

First Prize – Use of One (1) xeo+ Device for six (6) months. This prize includes delivery, complete installation, 4 handpieces, a full-day training on the device and warranty for the duration of the six (6) month loan period. The xeo+ Device device will remain the property of Cutera and simply be on loan to the First Prize Winner for six (6) months. The 6-month use of the xeo+ Device is valued at approximately AUD $11,000.00 based on average monthly payments of a xeo+ valued at AUD $50,000.00. The First Prize is subject to (1) the First Prize Winner’s agreement to, and signature of, Promoter’s Equipment Loan Agreement and (2) the First Prize Winner’s agreement to share the First Prize Winner’s positive journey with the xeo+ Device by providing to Promoter ongoing feedback, testimonials, case studies and marketing content during the six (6) month loan period which Promoter can use in Australia and New Zealand for marketing purposes.
This prize will also include a AUD $750.00 dinner voucher valid for 12 months from The Good Food Guide.

Second Prize – A Marketing Social Media Take-Over Package donated by Eleve-Studio valued at AUD$5,000.00. This prize will be valid for 6 months from Monday 05 May, 2025 and, if not used during such six (6) month period, the Second Prize Winner will forfeit the prize. This prize will also include a AUD$250.00 dinner voucher valid for 12 months from The Good Food Guide.

Third Prize – A Skinceuticals Skin Care Pack valued at $1,450.00 (valued at RRP)

Prize Restrictions

Valid for those aged over the age of 18 only.

Total Prize Value

Total prize pool for the First, Second and Third Prizes is valued at AUD $18,450.00, and, with respect to the First Prize, is based on the value of the average monthly payments during the six-month loan period for a xeo+ Device valued at AUD $50,000.00.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be announced on Monday 19 May 2025.

Additional Information

The competition is open to registered aesthetic clinics in Australia and New Zealand only.
Use of the xeo+ Device for six months (First Prize) and the social media package (Second Prize) will only be awarded to a registered aesthetic clinic. If a clinician (not the clinic owner) wins either the First Prize or Second Prize, then the use of the xeo+ Device for six months and social media package will be awarded to the registered aesthetic clinic where they are working at the time the prize is awarded. For the Second Prize, the clinician will receive a dinner voucher.
The registered aesthetic clinic that wins use of the xeo+ Device for six months must agree to and sign Promoter’s equipment loan agreement and provide to Promoter ongoing feedback, testimonials, and potential marketing content during the six (6) month loan period which the Promoter can use for marketing purposes in Australia and New Zealand.
The registered aesthetic clinic that is awarded use of the xeo+ Device for a six month period must also agree to provide Promoter with a post-Promotion case study featuring their experience with xeo+.
The xeo+ device must be used in compliance with all relevant health and regulatory guidelines.
Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Entries containing false, misleading, or inappropriate content (as determined in Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) will be disqualified.
